The Canterbury Rugby Union Club was established in 1966 (after the Junior Club was first formed in 1959) & is a rugby club that sums up the very spirit of the game of rugby.

Throughout it's senior sides & growing junior base you will find that there is a friendly atmosphere complemented by a desire to work together & succeed.

We always welcome new players (& returning players) hoping to make your rugby experience memorable.

Our home ground is walking distance from Dulwich Hill Railway Station & STA Buses & there is also plenty of parking.

The club is made up of individuals from all backgrounds, from plumbers, storeman, labourers & truck drivers to financial directors, hoteliers & accountants.

This is what makes the club what it is, a mix of people from all backgrounds who have one common desire: to play attractive, enjoyable & successful rugby.

The Inaugural meeting of the Canterbury District Rugby Union Club was held on Thursday, 14th October 1965, and closed 11:30pm
